Diamond status booth

My role: Creative Director

Led the strategy and direction for how the brand should show up at large industry conferences such as AWS. Our booth was positioned alongside some of the leading companies in AI, so the core challenge was developing a presence that not only introduced Resolve AI to the market but also held its own against far more established brands.

Creative Direction

Since this would be the first big presence for Resolve AI at a conference this size it was important to have a very collaborative relationship with our agency. We went through several rounds where I could provide mockups and feedback to them directly via Figma.

Bringing the concept to life

The overall concpet was based on our tagline "Machines on-call for humans". We wanted the audience of engineers to not just walk into another demo booth but also engage with it while having fun. Building out a rounded swag bar in the middle aloud for a conversational way to hand out swag, while then pulling them into demos on the the perimeter. Knowing there would be lines we installed large screens on the back wall with videos that played viral memes so it was more of a vibe than product entirely.

The outcome

Resolve AI's booth was a huge success. Standing next to large brands like Anthropic it was a mind blowing moment to see lines of people who were crowding our booth to learn more. I would say for our first footprint at an event this size we definitely set the bar for how we want to continue to show up as a brand for the engineering audience.
